Baggage and Passenger Transport Directive

This directive contains the rules and guidelines related to passenger and baggage transportation services provided by Havamaş, effective as of 01.10.2024. These rules ensure safety, legal compliance, and smooth operations for all passengers.

General

These Transportation Rules apply to all passenger transport services provided by Havamaş for a fee. Compliance with these rules is mandatory for all passengers.

Discounted and Free Passages

Unless otherwise stated, the same Transportation Rules apply to discounted and free transportation. Specific conditions may be indicated for certain cases.

Supremacy of Law

If any provision of our Transportation Rules conflicts with applicable laws, government decisions, or regulations, that provision shall not apply. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Ticket

Presumption of Contract of Carriage: The passenger ticket is considered proof of the contract of carriage between Havamaş and the passenger. Passengers are required to keep their tickets throughout the journey.

Ticket Presentation: Passengers must present a valid ticket issued by the Carrier. Altered or damaged tickets are invalid.

Ticket Retention: Passengers must keep their tickets with them during the journey in accordance with the Road Transport Law.

Which Departure Time Should I Choose?

It is recommended to be at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights and at least 3 hours before international flights. Please select your shuttle departure time accordingly.

Fare Tariffs

Fare tariffs can be accessed at www.havamas.com or by calling 444 33 26. Passengers are advised to check fare information before making a reservation.

Boarding and Disembarkation Procedures

Passengers should choose a service that allows sufficient time for their flight. Havamaş is not responsible for missed connections due to flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Baggage

Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is entitled to two pieces of baggage free of charge. An additional fee of 150 TL is charged per extra item.

Prohibited Items: Dangerous, fragile, or unsuitable items are not accepted as baggage. Passengers are responsible for declaring any valuable items prior to transport.

Pet Transportation

Pets with vaccination certificates may be transported under certain conditions. Some species are prohibited, and all pets must remain in designated carriers throughout the journey.

Liability

Havamaş is only liable for damages caused by its own negligence and within legal limits. It is important for passengers to comply with these directives to avoid issues.
