CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION REFUND CONDITIONS

GENERAL:


1. By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws.

3. The balance loaded into the user's account belongs solely to the user and cannot be withdrawn for any reason after being loaded.

4. A full refund is available up to 6 hours before the scheduled departure time of the bus. No fee is deducted for ticket refunds.

5. Please use your ticket on the date and time stated. Tickets not used at the stated date and time will be considered invalid.

6. You can make changes up to 1 hour before the departure time.

7. Change and cancellation operations are carried out by the passenger via the "Find Ticket" section on the homepage, using the ticket’s PNR number or the passenger’s ID number.

REFUND CONDITIONS:

1. If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the total amount of the purchase falls below the campaign limit, the discount provided within the campaign will be canceled.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

1. You may cancel tickets purchased through the website up to 6 hours before the departure time.
