INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDINGS AND LOCATION DATA COLLECTION

This information text has been prepared by S.S. Çukurova Regional Airport Transportation and Operation Cooperative (Havamaş) in its capacity as a data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. In our organization, audio and video recordings are taken inside our vehicles, and vehicle locations are monitored and recorded to ensure the safety of our passengers and drivers, track routes, supervise operations, and fulfill obligations under the relevant legislation.

The collected data is processed automatically based on the legal grounds provided under Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law, which include "fulfillment of our legal obligations" and "being necessary for the data controller’s legitimate interests, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

To ensure the security of personal data obtained via tracking devices and security cameras, the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Location data recorded digitally is retained for one year by our data processor, R-Mira Teknoloji A.Ş. Audio and video recordings are stored for 30 days and are not shared with any person or organization. Confidentiality and security agreements are signed with our data processor and the limited number of employees within our organization who have access to the records.

The aforementioned personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies if required to resolve legal disputes or comply with the relevant legislation. In accordance with Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of data subjects, you may submit your requests by using the “Data Subject Application Form” available on www.havamas.com and sending it to the address of S.S.
