INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If you become a member of our website, certain personal data of yours will be processed.

I- Identity of the Data Controller and Collected Personal Data:

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the following personal data are collected by S.S. Çukurova Regional Airport Transportation and Operation Cooperative as the data controller from individuals who become members of the havamas.com website: first name, last name, national ID/passport number, nationality, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, along with the date and time the form is completed, and a log record of these actions.

II- Purpose of Processing Personal Data and Legal Basis:

The collected personal data are processed in order to enable fast and advantageous ticket purchases. The log record is processed to monitor all activities on the website, detect critical incidents and undefined actions, create a data log, and fulfill obligations arising from the legislation.
These data are processed on the legal basis of “fulfilling obligations under Law No. 5651” and “processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data subject and the data controller.”

III- Method of Collecting Personal Data and Recipients with Purpose of Transfer:

The personal data automatically transmitted by your browser to the Havamaş web server during your visit are collected electronically, shared with Serim Software Technologies Limited Company, which provides software development and maintenance services, and may also be shared with judicial authorities or authorized persons and institutions upon request and/or in case of an incident.

IV- Rights of the Personal Data Subject:

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller” by using the “Data Subject Application Form” available at havamas.com, and send it to S.S. Çukurova Regional Airport Transportation and Operation Cooperative in writing to Karsavran Mh. Karsavran Sk. 80/4 Tarsus Mersin, or via email to info@havamas.com.
